Best rate reservations must be booked on-line only. Our Best Rate is our lowest rate. It is offered on OUR choice of run of the house openings that are available on your arrival date. OUR decision is made by fitting in your requested dates between other reservation openings; therefore the final selection is done on the date of your arrival.
The room you receive can range from a standard guest room with a kitchenette but with no view of the ocean to a larger oceanfront deluxe suite.
Based on limited availability, restrictions may apply. No other discounts apply. Reservation must be paid in full at time of booking. No refunds but we will gladly apply your payment to other comparable dates if you need to change arrival date.
