International Speedway Blvd, Building 1200, Daytona Beach. Enjoy
parent-child art and photography sessions designed for children
ages 8-14. Museum education staff will lead a variety of workshops
utilizing traditional and non-traditional photography methods. Meet
at the museum lobby reception desk just prior to each session.
Cost: $18 per individual session. Note: Class size is strictly

Halifax Oyster Festival

10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Manatee Island in the Intracoastal Waterway
along downtown Daytona Beach. Coordinated by the Halifax Oyster
Reef Restoration Society, the Halifax Oyster Festival is devoted to
supporting oyster reef restoration. There will be plenty of great
food and fun, including a wide variety of oyster dishes prepared by
local restaurants, raw and shucked oysters, live music, liquid
refreshments, and hands-on oyster mat construction. For more
